A coin that breaks these rules does not get or keep a page here: we remove its page and its place in our lists. The coin itself stays on-chain and on pump.fun; nobody can delete it.

We never hold, ask for or see your private keys. Every launch is a transaction you review and sign in your own wallet. Nothing is signed for you.

Launching sits behind a switch we control. When it is off, event pages and existing coin pages stay up, and the launch form shows its preview but cannot submit: nothing is uploaded and nothing is sent to your wallet. Right now launching is off.
